Thursday, Oct. 22 at 10 a.m. Chair Yoga with Jolie Bosnjak: This practice is for all levels…including those nursing an injury or coping with a chronic problem. The results will surprise you!

2 p.m. Medicare Made Easy with Marie Cantone: This seminar is designed to take the confusion out of all the options available so you are able to make “RIGHT” choices. We will review the basics of Medicare, supplementary insurance, advantage plans, prescription drug plans, the “donut” hole, eligibility requirements and enrollment windows.

5:30 p.m. Yoga with Joe: Join Joe for this yoga class geared for all levels and reduce the stress in your life while keeping fit! Joe Cilmi is a certified Iyengar Hatha Yoga Instructor.

7 p.m. Story & Crafts with Ms. Kim (Ages 3-Kindergarten)

Friday, Oct, 23 at 11 a.m. The Benefits of Stretching as We Age with Kerri Winans Kaley: Join Kerri for this beneficial program as she tells you how to develop and maintain flexibility, good balance and range of motion while reducing the risk of injury

Monday, Oct. 26 at 2 p.m. The Art of Perfume Advertising: Pleasures, Taboos, Magic: A Lecture w/Jessica Murphy: Faced with the challenge of promoting perfume through images, advertisers have often turned to art history for inspiration. In this illustrated lecture, we’ll look at ads that have famous (and not so famous) works of art to sell fragrance over the past century.

4 p.m. Flex & Tone with Mindy Vasta: Put on some comfortable clothing and join Mindy for this exercise class while in the comfort and safety of your home.

7 p.m. Fit & Fabulous with Linda Ray: Join Linda for this evening exercise class designed to get you Fit & look Fabulous!

Tuesday, Oct. 27 at 10:30 a.m. Storytime with Ms. Liz- Ages 2-5

11 a.m. Guided Meditation for Self Healing with Patricia Anderson Join Pat for one or all of the meditation sessions to bring harmony and balance into your life.

Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 10:30 a.m. Songs for Baby’s Day:  Join us for this fun musical program and sing along with Miss Dara.

1 p.m. Water Color Demonstration with Chuck Van Horn: Join Chuck Van Horn for these watercolor demonstrations and learn watercolor techniques, tips and tricks. Bring your questions. There will be time for questions and critiques.
