The black Cadillac Escalade captured on surveillance footage that police believe was involved in a recent Syosset burglary

The Second Squad is investigating a burglary that occurred on Saturday, Jan. 13, at 2:33 a.m. in Syosset.

According to detectives, Second Precinct officers responded to an alarm at Designer Exchange, located at 18 Jackson Ave., and discovered a broken glass door.

Surveillance video showed four unknown male subjects inside the store wearing dark colored hooded sweatshirts which covered their faces and dark-colored gloves. The subjects then exited the store into a black Cadillac Escalade with an undetermined amount of designer handbags and fled the scene in an unknown direction.
