There will be a meeting of the Board of Education of Syosset Central School District on Monday, May 9, at 6 p.m. at South Woods Middle School, 99 Pell Rd. in Syosset. It is anticipated that the board may immediately entertain a motion to convene an executive session. If that occurs, the board will most likely reconvene for the budget information session at 7:45 p.m. in the South Woods Middle School auditorium beginning with a public hearing on the 2016-17 budget.
The monthly board of education meeting will immediately follow at 8 p.m.
