Jackson Elementary School recently took part in the “World’s Largest Sport Stacking Event.” During the course of the day, sport stackers from all over the world stacked various pyramids in prescribed patterns at lightening speed for at least 30 minutes.
More than 2,900 schools and 33 countries worldwide participated and Jackson’s fifth graders enjoyed the activity. Last year’s record was broken this year and students exceeded the goal of 610,000 cups stacked to set a new world record.
