Baylis Performs At Islanders Game

A big thumbs up for the Islanders win!Baylis families went to the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum as part of a PTA sponsored “Family Night Out” recently to cheer on the New York Islanders and spend some quality time together.

The highlight of the night was when the fourth and fifth grade Baylis Chorus sang “God Bless America” during the first intermission. The students’ performance was televised on the “big screen” at the coliseum for all to see. It was a wonderful experience for the students.

All of the families then enjoyed seeing the Islanders add another win to their record against the Calgary Flames. It was a fun filled family night out, in which both students and faculty could spend the evening together.
