According to authorities, several drivers spotted Jillian Dethuin, 31, of St. James, driving northbound in the left lane of southbound Route 135 near exit 4 at 1:05 a.m. in Bethpage. Responding police officers found Dethuin on the right shoulder near exit 7E.
