passoverRabbi Shmuel Lipszyc from Town of Oyster Bay Chabad in Woodbury recently held a Passover preparation class, requested by those who attend services and TOB Chabad’s many classes.

Lipszyc spoke to a packed house, explaining some of the traditions and laws for a kosher Passover.

After the lecture, the rabbi showed interested participants how to fill out the forms in order for him to sell their chumatz (non-Passover food, containing grains).

Passover 2014 begins in the evening of Monday, April 14 and ends in the evening of Tuesday, April 22.
