March is National Women’s History Month and the Syosset Public Library celebrates with author and presenter Antoina Petrash with a program based on her recently published book, Long Island and the Woman Suffrage Movement.
Petrash discusses the women in the book and gives a presentation of photographs illustrating the story. Books will be available to purchase through The Friends of the Library. Syosset Library Public Library, 2 p.m. Free. March 7.
